Conducts cable laying, hardware installation, and network adaptation on poles and roadways. Works at heights, in trenches, and under various infrastructure conditions, handling the physical aspects of the network. Supports cable technicians in splicing and other infrastructure tasks. * Requirements * Proactivity, courtesy, friendliness, and good communication skills * Proven experience (documented in work record) * Completed high school education * Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM * Weekly workload: 44 hours **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: R$ 1\.784,44 * Hazard pay allowance: 30% (R$ 535,33\) * Meal allowance: R$ 29,40 * Transportation allowance
