The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the department’s administrative routines, including document organization and control, spreadsheet and report updates, tracking internal requests, deadline management, support in procurement and supplier processes, as well as providing operational department demand support—contributing to activity organization and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support departmental administrative and operational routines * Organize and archive physical and digital documents * Control and enter information into spreadsheets and internal systems * Generate reports and monitor indicators * Assist in accounts payable and receivable control * Attend to suppliers **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Experience** Completed high school (higher education in Administration or related fields currently underway is desirable) Previous experience in the administrative field (desirable) **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially **Excel and Word** Strong verbal and written communication skills Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity **Additional Information** **Reside in Irati/PR (or surrounding region). Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the company commits to investing BRL 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization works across the network, in addition to allocating another BRL 5.2 billion for operations. These investments cover a variety of improvements, such as mechanical medical services, truck driver rest stops, weighing and scale systems, among others.
