RS Pneus is a benchmark in tire importation, holding a portfolio of established global brands and the title of Latin America’s largest agricultural tire importer. **Position: Purchasing Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Verifying, approving, and submitting pre-shipment documentation (Proforma Invoice) to the International Trade Department. * Sending signed proformas to suppliers. * Tracking and updating the spreadsheet for ongoing shipments. * Mediating, aligning, and handling various matters with suppliers, including requests for certificates and documents, damage management, cargo discrepancies (e.g., missing tires in containers), follow-up, among others. * Supporting the International Trade Department in possible document corrections. * Product registration. * Verifying items for deactivation. * Verifying and updating product codes in the spreadsheet related to item arrivals. * Other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or International Relations. * Experience with controls, spreadsheets, and document analysis. * Prior experience as an assistant performing the above activities — not necessarily in purchasing. * Experience in purchasing and international trade activities is a plus.
