Maintenance follow-up and customer prospecting An aircraft maintenance company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Curitiba (Bacacheri). Aeromecânica specializes in engineering and aircraft maintenance solutions and operates in the aviation sector. **Responsibilities:** Will work at Bacacheri Airport performing the following duties: customer service, receipt and opening of service orders; direct customer contact to conduct budget negotiations and close service sales for aircraft; maintenance follow-up; purchase request processing; internal and external customer service; quotation issuance; and entry of records into computerized systems. Prompt responsiveness to customers; monitoring of exchange and warranty programs; acting as liaison between technical departments, workshops, and customers. Customer prospecting: presenting services and products to customers; preparing quotations and purchase orders; supporting business closing; identifying customer requirements and market trends; planning sales strategies and targets; monitoring sales and post-sales activities. Previous experience as Commercial Assistant, Commercial Analyst, Sales Assistant, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
