Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing and managing maintenance activities, structuring teams, and developing procedures to optimize industrial operations. Key Highlights: 1. Management and organization of electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance 2. Implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance routines 3. Planning and organization of maintenance activities Organization of maintenance activities; Structuring of electrical, mechanical, and civil teams and services; Mapping of maintenance needs and machine improvements; Management, organization, and contracting of third-party services; Supporting the industrial coordinator in executing improvement and expansion projects, preparing budgets for service contracting; Implementing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance routines and procedures; Developing qualified suppliers and partners; Maintenance planning and activity organization, maintenance history, scheduled downtime, etc.; Developing maintenance work procedures, asset list, preventive and corrective plans, maintenance history, cost control, etc.; Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
