




Conduct periodic visits to work sites to monitor service execution and evaluate team performance; Supervise, guide, and motivate staff assigned to clients; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and conduct standards; Resolve operational and personnel issues at work sites; Conduct onboarding of new employees and monitor their adaptation period; Prepare and submit periodic operational reports; Control employee attendance, punctuality, and regularity (including schedules, leaves, and absence coverage); Recruit, select, and replace personnel when necessary, in partnership with HR; Ensure compliance with contractual terms agreed upon with clients; Maintain close and transparent relationships with clients, acting proactively to ensure satisfaction; Report to the responsible department any training needs, warnings, or dismissals; Safeguard resources and materials used at work sites (when applicable). **Salary:** 3\.675,38 **Required Qualifications:** Education: Completed high school (higher education in Administration, Human Resources Management, Logistics, or related fields, completed or in progress, is desirable) Experience: Proven experience in the role, preferably in service outsourcing companies (cleaning, reception, security, among others) Knowledge: Understanding of labor legislation and human resources procedures Knowledge of team management and customer service Basic Office Suite (Excel, Word) Skills in management and time tracking applications (desirable) Skills and Competencies: Leadership and proactivity Strong verbal and written communication skills Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Organization and responsibility Interpersonal relationship skills Availability for external work and flexible working hours **Desired Qualifications:
