Job Summary: The Senior Operations Analyst will manage and monitor indicators (KPIs), analyze data to generate insights, and prepare executive performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Present in Brazil since 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil is growing rapidly, offering comprehensive logistics solutions powered by technology, with a focus on efficiency, scale, and innovation. **Position** --------- **Senior Operations Analyst** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Management and monitoring of indicators (KPIs): Daily monitoring of key operational indicators (SLA, productivity, cost, quality, backlog, damages, Not Arrived, etc.). * Ensure accurate completion, validation, and consistency of data reported by operations. * Data analysis and insight generation: Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify trends, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Populate, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Ensure automation and reliability of data sources, reducing manual controls. Support definition of data models and business rules together with Technology and Operations teams. * Prepare executive reports and periodic performance presentations (weekly/monthly). **Qualifications** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Operations Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence is considered a plus. * Professional experience: Solid experience in operations, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or last mile. **Technical Skills** -------------------------- * Experience with analysis of operational indicators, SLA monitoring, productivity, costs, and quality. * Prior experience in highly complex operational environments and data-driven decision making. * Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query); BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Knowledge of data modeling, dashboard creation, and report automation.
