Clarify doubts regarding payroll and benefits. Conduct onboarding and in-person training for the team. Manage uniforms and PPEs. Support the recruitment team with questions about open positions. Perform Personnel Administration routines. Act as a generalist HR across all areas. Carry out Endomarketing actions / Commemorative campaigns. **Requirements:** Own means of transportation. Generalist HR profile. Experience in Personnel Administration routines. Experience in the HR area. Availability to work different shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night). Knowledge of Excel and online tracking systems.
