




WE ARE HIRING A **PURCHASER**, EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. A civil construction company is hiring a Purchaser to work at its unit in Feira de Santana-BA. Having experience in this field is a plus. Key responsibilities include: * Procurement Planning: Identifying material, tool, and service requirements in coordination with engineers, site supervisors, and the planning department; * Quotation and Negotiation: Obtaining quotations from multiple suppliers; negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery conditions, and warranties; seeking cost reductions without compromising quality. * Supplier Selection and Qualification: Evaluating suppliers’ technical capabilities, quality standards, track records, and reliability; maintaining an updated supplier database for construction materials, equipment, and services. * Purchase Order Issuance: Registering purchase orders in the ERP system according to internal approvals; ensuring orders are complete and accurate. * Delivery Monitoring: Tracking delivery schedules to ensure continuous supply to the construction site; contacting suppliers in case of delays or discrepancies. * Inventory and Logistics Control: Checking inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages; scheduling direct deliveries to the construction site, considering available space and project timelines. * Inspection and Compliance: Verifying that invoices match purchase orders and delivered goods. * Cost Analysis: Comparing prices, analyzing historical data, and assessing market fluctuations; supporting the finance department and project budgeting. * Supplier Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing communication to ensure strong performance; developing strategic partnerships for future projects. * Compliance with Internal Policies and Standards: Adhering to the company’s procurement policies; ensuring all materials comply with technical standards (ABNT) and engineering specifications. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Salary: BRL 1,532.84 – BRL 1,600.00 per month
