Job Summary: The professional will assist in meat preparation, cutting, packaging, and organization, as well as serve customers at the butcher shop while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in meat preparation and cutting. 2. Serve and assist customers in selecting products. 3. Keep the butcher shop organized and sanitized. The company is seeking a Butcher Assistant in Feira de Santana. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing and cutting meats according to customer or establishment specifications. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in the butcher shop. Package and label meat products appropriately. Serve and assist customers in selecting meat products. Maintain an organized meat inventory and restock products as needed.
