Strategic partnership with leadership in decision-making **HR Coordinator** **Feira de Santana/BA** We are seeking an **HR Coordinator** for strategic and operational roles, leading HR subsystems and ensuring alignment among people, culture, and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate HR subsystems: Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Personnel Department, and Internal Marketing * Support leaders and managers in people management and organizational climate * Develop, monitor, and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, etc.) * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation * Act as a strategic partner to leadership in decision-making * Lead development initiatives, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel
