Experience in documenting procedures and remote support Responsibilities: * Provide specialized technical support for operating systems and client systems, ensuring appropriate guidance to users; * Receive and meticulously record all service requests, ensuring accuracy of information; * Comply with established service-level agreements (SLAs); * Create, update, and maintain technical procedures and the knowledge base; * Handle service requests with agility and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology; * Advanced knowledge of microcomputing (Windows, Office, etc.), network services, operating systems, and server applications; * Experience in performing routine technical tasks, documenting procedures, and a focus on remote support; * Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in continuous learning; * Microsoft technical certification (preferred). *\-\> On-site position in Feira de Santana; schedule: Mondays from 00:00 to 06:00.
