Analytical involvement to ensure sector information accuracy Job Details: Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Working Hours: 44 hours per week Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Work Modality: On-site **Salary and Benefits:** Monthly base salary: R$ 2\.300,00; Comprehensive health insurance (after probation period); Meal allowance: R$ 400,00; Transportation allowance \- (paid in cash \- equivalent to 2 transportation vouchers per workday); **Responsibilities and Duties:** \- Contribute to the development and improvement of departmental procedures, supporting optimization and efficiency; \- Manage monitoring of equipment deliveries and pickups, ensuring adherence to scheduled times; \- Plan and contract third-party freight services as needed; \- Systematically track machines nearing lease end to schedule pickups; \- Monitor and schedule maintenance for fleet vehicles; \- Receive, inspect, and store materials in the warehouse; \- Maintain a clean and organized workspace; \- Record material receipts and warehouse inventory withdrawals in the system; \- Pick materials for delivery according to internal requests; \- Conduct periodic inventory counts; \- Collaborate with procurement to produce periodic reports preventing material shortages; \- Apply analytical thinking to ensure data accuracy in the system related to the department; **Requirements and Qualifications:** . Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields . Experience in supply chain and logistics processes; . Strong communication and interpersonal skills; . ERP software knowledge and experience (experience with Sankhya system is a plus); . Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other office software; . Organizational and planning skills; .
