Strong organizational skills and attention to detail We seek a Finance Assistant focused on accounts receivable and financial reconciliations. This professional will be responsible for the finance department’s operational routines, ensuring accurate recording and clearance of amounts, as well as reconciliation of various receipt methods. Main Responsibilities: * Control, record, and monitor accounts receivable; * Reconcile credit card transactions, analyzing receivables, fees, deadlines, and discrepancies; * Record receipts in the system (transfers, bank slips, credit cards, PIX); * Enter and schedule various payments; * Issue and send bank slips and monitor due dates; * Assist in the monthly financial closing by verifying incoming funds and bank balances. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in finance routines, with emphasis on accounts receivable and bank reconciliation; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Analytical, detail-oriented, organized profile with commitment to deadlines; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
