




Job Summary: Responsible for the quality and performance of resources and services, assembly and maintenance of electrical panels, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and installation of electrical panels and components. 2. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and electrical diagrams. 3. Application of heat-shrink tubing on copper bars. * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Select and organize materials required for mechanical assembly of electrical panels; * Install and secure metallic enclosures for electrical panels and associated components to ensure stability and functionality; * Interpret and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and assembly instructions provided by engineers and designers; * Use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, riveters, and pneumatic and electric sanders; * Inspect copper bars prior to heat-shrink tubing application to ensure they are clean, free of contaminants, and compliant with quality specifications; * Position and secure copper bars according to technical guidelines, ensuring readiness for the heat-shrink process; * Apply heat-shrink tubing on copper bars using gas torches or thermal blowers, based on material characteristics and process requirements; * Perform work at height during bar installation; * Assist in the assembly of electrical panels and rooms; * Maintain accurate records of all assembly and maintenance activities. * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor; * Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to your field to support professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and continuous improvement; * Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Carry out actions that promote continuous improvement of company processes; * Guarantee and comply with the company’s quality policy and execute work instructions and procedures of the quality management system; Support immediate supervisor on matters inherent to your area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions focused on KPIs.
