The focus will be on creating high-impact experiences by exploring new content and variations across different Home pages, aiming to optimize conversions and boost acquisition results. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions (architecture, modeling, code design) that deliver value from start to finish. * Designing and developing high-performance, responsive, and accessible front-end components, with emphasis on user experience. * Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end applications, including service integration and monitoring routines. * Delivering testable, high-quality code, applying sound development practices, modern architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, DDD, MVC, Flux), and agile methodologies. * Implementing and maintaining DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, version control, and application and service monitoring. * Ensuring usability, performance, security, and observability of applications, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues. * Sharing knowledge both internally and externally, staying up to date with market trends and best practices. * Mentoring less experienced developers, promoting constructive code reviews, engineering best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. * Collaborating closely with stakeholders (designers, product managers, engineers, business areas) to align technical solutions with organizational goals. * Identifying issues in the codebase and proposing architectural and process improvements to maximize delivery efficiency and impact. **What you need to have:** * Proficiency in React or Vue, state management libraries, HTML5, CSS3, and UX best practices (responsiveness, accessibility, tracking). * Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (functional and object-oriented paradigms). * Expertise in distributed systems (monoliths and microservices). * Experience with Java, Kotlin, Node.js, and Python (desirable). * Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, DataStore, among others). * Experience with security, scalability, and observability solutions. * Experience with CI/CD, Git, PR, Release, and Deploy. * Experience with pipelines (Bitbucket or GitLab, Pipelines, GCP, Datadog, Firebase). * Unit, integration, snapshot, E2E, TDD, and BDD testing. * Knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, MVC, Flux, and Design Patterns. * Experience in web architecture (client-server, caching, CDN, BFF, static hosting). **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Relevant experience in critical, high-performance projects within the financial sector. * Ability to correlate business metrics with technical outcomes.
