Identify and manage non-conforming materials **Quality Technician** **Summary:** Execute and support incoming inspection activities for raw materials, components, and subassemblies supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings, acceptance criteria, customer requirements, corporate requirements, and ISO 9001 prior to release for use in production. Contribute to defect prevention, control of non-conforming materials, traceability of records, and improvement of supplier performance. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct visual, dimensional, basic functional, and documentary inspections on raw materials, components, PCBA, mechanical parts, plastic parts, and subassemblies received from suppliers. * Verify material compliance with technical drawings, specifications, approved samples, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and applicable internal requirements. * Correctly use calipers, micrometers, rulers, templates, and other applicable tools, verifying identification, condition of use, and calibration status before use. * Review certificates of conformity, test reports, certificates of analysis, and other evidence provided by the supplier, where applicable to the received material. * Apply sampling plans, AQL/ISO 2859, and defined criteria for acceptance, rejection, or blocking of inspected lots. * Identify, segregate, label, record, and communicate non-conforming materials, supporting the issuance of QITS and disposition decisions with SQE, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Warehousing. * Complete and maintain inspection records, reports, forms, and system data with integrity, traceability, and organization per ISO 9001 QMS requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Metrology, Quality, or a completed Bachelor's degree in related fields. * Proven experience in the IQC role. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residency in Manaus/AM. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents) * Dental Insurance (extendable to legal dependents) * Transportation (fixed route) * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance (Company Cafeteria) * Wellhub **How to Apply:** Apply for this position through the company's careers page — https://kaifametering\-br.inhire.app/vagas
