Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily conservation service activities for infrastructure under your responsibility. Manage teams, contracts, processes, and material and financial resources for Integrated FM Soft (Cleaning, Support, and Assistance) and FM Hard services. Ensure agreed-upon infrastructure conditions operate properly with maximum efficiency, safety, and comfort, meeting technical and operational requirements in accordance with policies, standards, concepts, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration or Engineering.
