




Job Description: Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on personal-use equipment, in compliance with established 5S/TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) standards and philosophy; Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health regulations and correctly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for one’s own safety and that of other employees; Know, understand, and comply with applicable standards and procedures, meeting the objectives and targets of the Quality Policy (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), as well as the 5S/TPM program; Participate in awareness programs and training sessions relevant to one’s functional area; Know, understand, and uphold the company’s Code of Ethics and all other established conduct guidelines. REQUIREMENTS: ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR PROMOTION: One year of experience in this role* * Control access to the warehouse; * Monitor and process incoming and outgoing warehouse items; * Register and deactivate items; * Manage critical spare parts; * Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels; * Conduct periodic inventory counts; * Monitor storage conditions of spare parts; * Analyze turnover of obsolete parts; * Request procurement of spare parts; * Monitor warehouse KPIs. Procurement * Issue material requisitions and purchase orders for spare parts and services; * Issue requisitions for non-productive materials (OM); * Request freight quotations related to requisitions and purchase orders; * Issue SENF (Invoice Issuance Request); * Register suppliers; * Arrange travel and accommodation (for employees and service providers); * Prepare expense reports for departmental expenditures; * Provide weekly status reports on procurement requisitions and SENF processes to clients.
