Description: Education: * Completed High School Basic Knowledge: * Customer service fundamentals; * Gate agent training or experience; * MS Office Suite MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Control the entry and exit of materials according to departmental workflow; * Control the entry and exit flow of people and vehicles; * Maintain the barrier gate system fully operational, checking for possible obstructions; * Supervise asset protection by inspecting departments, checking doors and windows before and after each work shift, as well as perimeter areas; * Conduct preventive and systematic patrols, and upon identifying any non-conformance, immediately notify the supervisor and record it in the Incident Report / computerized system. 251112020218432398
