Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to provide operational support, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in vehicle movement, as well as delivering an excellent experience for customers. Conduct periodic checklists and organize the yard We are looking for a **Fleet Assistant** to provide operational support, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in vehicle movements within the yard, between units, and with external suppliers—guaranteeing smooth operations and an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities** You will be responsible for: * Supporting fleet control and movement activities through vehicle inspections, recordkeeping, and vehicle dispatch; * Maneuvering and driving vehicles between units and external suppliers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with internal regulations; * Performing periodic vehicle checklists to ensure proper operating conditions, maintenance, and inspection; * Assisting in yard organization by verifying vehicle movements and positioning according to operational guidelines; * Contributing to operational fluidity and customer satisfaction while maintaining Reche’s quality standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Brazilian driver’s license Category B (mandatory); * Experience in vehicle maneuvering and driving; * Knowledge of vehicle checklist preparation; * Prior experience in yards, rental companies, or logistics operations involving fleets is desirable; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and care in vehicle handling. **If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy working with vehicles in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we want to meet you!** We believe in everyone’s potential!
