




Job Summary: Perform material receipt, storage, control, and movement activities using forklifts and completing various control records to ensure product integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Performing invoice verification and entry Description: * Completed high school education; * Valid NR-11 certification; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM); * Must reside in the Manaus \- AM region. * Perform material reception, unloading, storage, and control of materials used (raw materials and finished products) across various departments, ensuring their integrity, characteristics, and usability; * Load trucks and/or containers using forklifts, separating materials, numbering loads for shipment, and securing loads when necessary; verify and observe weight limits to ensure correct dispatch while complying with safety regulations; * Inspect transportation conditions and record findings in the department's control spreadsheet; * Internally move various materials using forklifts and/or pallet jacks, complete the corresponding checklists, and position equipment (electric forklifts) for loading or battery replacement as needed; * Perform invoice verification and system entry when required; * Accurately complete departmental spreadsheets to maintain proper controls and essential information for audits; * Unload authorized returned products, direct them to the designated area, and request quality control verification of the materials; * Perform scanning and pallet count control/weighting; * Perform finished product identification activities when required; * Store materials in designated areas, physically label them, and update the company's control system; * Sort and deliver materials to departments according to reservations made in the system; 251107020230538594
