The business is further supported by leading e-commerce platforms, including Ray\-Ban.com, EyeBuyDirect, Clearly, and more. **Job Summary**: Execution of controller activities, ensuring business support through financial planning, management of fixed and variable costs, investment management, and other related functions. **What will be my duties and responsibilities?** * Capex control: approval of requisitions, expense follow-up, balance monitoring, feedback to project managers, and tracking of actuals versus budget; * Fixed assets: physical inventory, disposal control, labeling of new assets; physical-to-system reconciliation; * Reconciliation of accounts under EDAM Accounting responsibility; * Analysis of expense and cost accounts, including reclassifications; * Provisioning and allocation of expenses according to budget; * Management reports and weekly/monthly KPIs; * Support to financial management in department-related activities; * Analysis of material breakage provisions; * Calculation of obsolescence provisions; * Cost closing in internal systems, PAC process, and other closing steps; * Inventory reporting, along with analysis and action planning; * Transfer pricing—information gathering for consulting purposes; * Analysis of inventory accounts (import clearance, in-transit inventory, inspection and receipt); * Support in budgeting and forecasting processes; * Calculation of company project savings; * Materials analysis; * Support in internal control activities, such as audits, procedures, and mapping of financial workflows and processes. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Accountancy Sciences, or related fields; * Knowledge of accounting principles; * Experience with integrated systems; * Proficiency in computer applications. * Preferred: English proficiency. **What do we offer?** • Benefits including Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Private Pension Plan, Daycare Allowance, and Rota. *EssilorLuxottica values and supports diversity; therefore, all our job openings are open to candidates with disabilities (PcDs).*
