





**Job Title** SMD Production Supervisor **Department / Location** SMD Production Department **Job Objective** Supervise the operational activities of the SMD assembly line, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets, guaranteeing that processes are aligned with the company's technical and production standards. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and guide the team of operators and assistants on the SMD assembly line. Monitor the performance of pick and place machines, reflow oven, solder paste printer, and other process equipment. Ensure compliance with production plans within deadlines, quality standards, and established targets. Control performance indicators (efficiency, waste, rework, machine downtime, among others). Support the analysis and resolution of failures in production processes together with Engineering and Maintenance. Ensure proper completion of production records and reports. Promote organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline in the area (5S). Train and develop the team in good operational practices and safety. Ensure the proper use of PPE and compliance with internal company regulations. Participate in alignment meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement. **Entry Requirements** Completed Technical Education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Production, or related fields. Proven experience in SMD processes (electronic board assembly). Leadership capacity, team management, and decision-making skills. Knowledge in reading technical instructions, reports, and production controls. Availability to work in shifts or rotating schedules. **Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies** SMD assembly processes and handling of electronic components.
