





**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM; SATURDAY, 7:00 AM TO 11:00 AM (44 HOURS PER WEEK) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Labor Code **Analyses and Technical Processes** Perform analysis of biological samples from the following departments: molecular biology, hematology, urinalysis, clinical biochemistry, and immunohormones. Analyze cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and other organic fluids. Conduct research and analysis of hemoparasites (essential duty). Apply knowledge of clinical microbiology. Verify consistency of data and registration records for biological samples. Assess integrity and consistency of information prior to releasing reports. Release laboratory reports and test results according to assigned technical responsibility levels. Submit mandatory notifications to competent authorities. **Quality and Compliance** Ensure adherence to laboratory quality policies and internal NTO procedures. Manage analytical and administrative pending items. Contribute to the development, review, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Instructions (TIs), and technical-operational protocols. **Integration and Support** Maintain smooth communication between pre-analytical and post-analytical teams, providing technical guidance whenever necessary. Provide technical support to the customer service center and other departments in resolving inquiries and requests related to tests. Record information clearly, systematically, and traceably across all systems used. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy/Biochemistry, or Biomedicine, with active professional registration. Proven experience releasing clinical laboratory reports. Theoretical and practical knowledge of Molecular Biology, including: Nucleic acid extraction Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Real-time PCR Sequencing Familiarity with automated systems (e.g., Vitros 5600, Mindray, among others). Competence in hemoparasite analysis (essential criterion). Knowledge of histopathology. Experience in coprology (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience conducting literature reviews. Intermediate or advanced English reading proficiency. Adequate home office setup, where applicable. **POSITION ADVANTAGES** Master’s or Doctoral degree in the field. Experience with microbiota or microbiology.
