




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the scheduled maintenance planning team, preparing WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), budgets, cost control, and reports for maintenance history. Advanced use of integrated enterprise management systems (SAP S/4HANA) Description: Responsible for coordinating the scheduled maintenance planning team for process units, preparing WBS, budgets, shutdown cost control, execution procedure development, report preparation, cost allocations, and generation of data required for maintenance history. Responsibilities and Duties Ensure LUPA completion in accordance with each project's PGP; Prepare presentations for project kickoff meetings; Review minutes of opening meetings for each project; Monitor and update shutdown forecasts and actuals in PROABI; Structure the PEP (Project Execution Plan) in SAP S/4HANA; Update monthly planning reports for all UN\-AM shutdown projects and present them at RAC; Input and report project data in GESTINV on a monthly basis; Analyze, structure, and submit initial shutdown duration proposals of UN\-AM for validation; And other duties. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: * Electrical Engineering (or other engineering disciplines acceptable) * Postgraduate degree in Planning Required Qualifications: * Valid and active professional registration with the relevant regulatory body; * Technical writing skills; * English language proficiency: Intermediate level; * Advanced knowledge of integrated enterprise management systems (SAP S/4HANA modules PM and MM); * MS\-PROJECT, PRIMAVERA, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI; * Solid experience in implementation and management of Quality Management Systems (NBR ISO 9001 and Total Quality Management). 2512010202191897336
