Governance and Operational Risk management of current policies We are seeking a Recovery Policy Coordinator. The Squad will be responsible for clustering the target portfolio within the recovery ecosystem—leveraging data and models—and centralizing activation and distribution policies for this portfolio to internal and external partners, as well as centralizing operational risk and governance activities related to these policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain a centralized view of the actionable portfolio within the recovery ecosystem, defining and executing portfolio distribution policies for operational implementation; * Define and implement collection action policies for each stage of delinquency; * Classify the portfolio based on models; Governance and Operational Risk management of current policies, interfacing with institutional areas * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong analytical capability, transforming data into policies and strategies that maximize business outcomes; * Strong storytelling skills, ensuring fluent communication with leadership and partner areas; * Strategic and systemic vision; * Resilience and ability to handle pressure from tight deadlines. * Ability to build partnerships * Experience in credit and recovery * Business-oriented mindset **Additional Information** We are undergoing constant transformation and hope you’ll help us on this journey!
