Contribute to the customer experience through efficient service We are looking for a **Customer Service Assistant** to support the customer journey by performing back-office activities, contributing to agility and efficiency in internal processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process. **Responsibilities** You will be responsible for: * Performing support tasks related to customer service, such as registrations, expense entries, and data verification; * Preparing and updating operational and customer service reports; * Supporting the organization of information to ensure vehicles are promptly available for rental; * Using post-sales operational systems and digital tools to ensure quality and smoothness of internal processes; * Directly contributing to the customer experience through efficient and structured service. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Technical Education degree in Administration or related fields; * Experience in the post-sales area; * Familiarity with customer service or post-sales operational systems; * Knowledge of preparing presentations and reports; * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications: SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
