Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assembling products according to technical specifications, including verification, assembly, inspection, touch-ups, and team leadership, as well as maintaining equipment and workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and task assignment for assembly. 2. Assembly and inspection of products according to technical specifications. 3. Supporting the Painting Team Leader and maintaining equipment and workplace. Responsible for assembling products according to their technical specifications. * Verify daily production requirements and request assembly materials (e.g., screws); * Assemble all line items; * Update the painting department's Kanban board; * Request materials for service providers (e.g., Valdir); * Inspect components and perform minor paint touch-ups using spray paint; * Drill holes in components that arrive without pre-drilled holes (occasional); * Lead the assembly team and assign tasks; * Support the Painting Team Leader when required; * Maintain and preserve equipment, tools, and workplace.
