




Main responsibilities: Conduct administrative and financial processing with a focus on efficiency and quality, analyze and monitor performance indicators and financial results, manage cash flow and perform reconciliations, operate the Totvs and Whinthor systems for registrations, entries, and report generation, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, support treasury management, accounts payable/receivable. Requirements: * Education level: Completed bachelor’s degree (accounting, business administration, financial management) * Excel: Advanced/Intermediate * Finance: Solid knowledge and practical experience * Totvs and Whintor: Knowledge/experience with the system – preferred qualification * Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability * Communication: Good verbal and written communication * Experience in administrative and financial routines, cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, internal controls.
