If you are passionate about continuous improvement and skilled at engaging teams to achieve high-quality standards, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the operational team in inspection and control processes. * Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports. * Identify failures, analyze root causes, and implement action/improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal procedures. * Train the team on company best practices and quality standards. **Requirements** * Prior experience in quality control (preferably in leadership or monitoring roles). * Proficiency in quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5S, etc.). * Resilient profile with strong communication skills and a problem-solving focus. * Availability to work during the established schedule. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00\. * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 110.00/month. * **Food:** Lunch provided directly by the company. * **Transportation Voucher:** Paid in cash. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (**early departure!**). **Diversity and Inclusion:** This position reflects our commitment to gender equity. **We strongly encourage applications from women** for this leadership role.
