Dare to go beyond with us! **About the Position**: We are looking for a professional to work as an **Electromechanical Technician** in **Piracicaba/SP**. **Key Responsibilities**: * Supervise and guide proactive, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities for infrastructure and mission-critical equipment; assign tasks to staff and monitor execution of work orders; * Conduct regular inspections of site facilities, identify potential maintenance issues, and implement necessary corrective measures; assess compliance using checklists, document non-conformities, and report findings to immediate supervisors (Supervisor, Director, and Manager); * Perform entry and exit inspections of site facilities and equipment before and after each event; * Ensure high-quality work output from your team, encouraging subordinates to complete tasks thoroughly and avoid rework or incomplete or poorly executed assignments; * Strive to minimize unnecessary consumable material costs, avoid premature or delayed component replacements, and collaborate with maintenance service providers to ensure optimal service quality; * Return work orders with clear and complete information—including suggestions for improvement—evaluate equipment operational conditions and maintenance quality, issue field inspection reports, and guide maintenance teams on specific maintenance procedures; **Requirements**: * Technical course in Refrigeration or Mechanics; * Experience in electromechanics; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; proficiency in CAD software; * Ongoing undergraduate studies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). **What We Offer?** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Discounts on courses and universities; * Funeral assistance; * "Descomplique-se" Program; * Itaú Payroll Deduction Loan; * Daycare assistance; * Newborn assistance; * Pregnancy and baby program; * Internal career opportunities.
