




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in purchasing parking tickets and resolving user violations within the system, including selling tickets via debit card, credit card, or cash, or selling smart cards. 2\. Monitor, guide, and regulate the use of spaces in the blue zone (rotary parking), verifying whether vehicles are parked legally or illegally—such as without a valid parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with a ticket not clearly displayed—and issuing ACT fee notices, placing them on vehicles to report parking violations. 3\. Assist the public—from locating addresses to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the relevant public authorities. 4\. Serve users by providing guidance and information regarding resolution of violation notices and about the system in general, including use of the Zul app and parking meters. 5\. Report vehicles in violation to the Customer Service Center via PDAs, as needed. 6\.
