Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking a Mid-Level Accounting Analyst to provide accounting support to clients, review financial information, record journal entries, settle taxes, and fulfill ancillary obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Provide assistance and review clients' accounting information. 2. Perform accounting tasks, including journal entries and payments. 3. Organize accounting files and participate in meetings with clients. The accounting firm seeks a Mid-Level Accounting Analyst in Hortolândia. **Responsibilities:** Provide clients with assistance regarding accounting-related inquiries. Review accounting information provided by clients to ensure consistency of records. Perform accounting tasks, including journal entries, tax settlements, and payments based on supporting documents. Calculate direct taxes in accordance with current legislation. Submit monthly and annual ancillary obligations, such as DCTF, ECD, ECF, among others. Organize accounting files—both physical and digital—ensuring proper documentation order. Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and partners to align requirements. Previous experience as a Mid-Level Financial Analyst, Mid-Level Cost Analyst, Mid-Level Controller Analyst, or Mid-Level Reconciliation Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
