**Job Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:48 PM, Monday to Saturday** **Responsibilities:** Place purchase orders; adjust the next day's menu planning; issue production preparation orders; complete meal control spreadsheets; calculate costs in the system and perform necessary analyses; verify whether production of main dishes and options aligns with the requisition plan; review the production volume and adjust it according to the client's current situation; temperature control. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition * Residency in Piracicaba/SP * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Cost-of-living allowance Excellent opportunity to enter the UAN field.
