We seek a creative, organized professional with a strategic eye for video production that strengthens our brand and products. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, shoot, and edit institutional, promotional, and social media videos * Operate recording equipment (cameras, lighting, and audio) * Write scripts and propose creative ideas for video content * Ensure technical and aesthetic quality of productions * Perform editing, cutting, color correction, audio treatment, and finalization * Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams * Organize and manage video files **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Video Maker or in a similar role * Knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio * Proficiency in editing tools such as **Adobe Premiere, After Effects**, or similar * Understanding of storytelling and audiovisual language * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects * Proactive, creative, and organized profile * Portfolio or links to completed works **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience producing videos for social media, advertising campaigns, and ads * Experience producing institutional and product videos * Basic knowledge of photography and scene direction * Employment type: [CLT / PJ] **Benefits** * On-site meals * Grocery allowance of **R$ 200.00** (card) * Wellhub (Gympass) * Pharmacy benefits * **50% discount** on company products Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.500,00 – R$5.500,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
