




The Event Receptionist is responsible for receiving and guiding participants at events, ensuring courteous and efficient service. This professional manages and controls guest entry and exit, and provides information about the event. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to perform these duties with excellence. Support the event setup and teardown team. Communicate regularly with the team regarding any changes or special requirements during the event. Ensure the reception area is always clean and organized. Monitor guest entry and exit to ensure security and access control. Create internet passwords as requested by the client. Provide internal and external customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. Distribute and replenish coffee supplies in the hotel’s operational and administrative departments. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service, reception, cashier, or restaurant roles (hospitality experience preferred); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with order-entry systems.
