Here, you will make an impact by: * Having the opportunity to stand up the financial processes listed below at Sumare, which is a brand\-new manufacturing site for Solventum * Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to the Sumare Plant team and direct support to the Plant Director * Being a strong business partner supporting the plant financial scorecard, continuous improvement initiatives, inventory/production analysis, and other short\- to long term plant financial decisions * Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support plant rhythms, month end close activities, QORs/MREs, OP and Strat Plans * Collaborating with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to support investment analysis at the site * Analyzing plant spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunities * Regularly measuring and assessing plant performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to predict results and drive corrective actions to meet targets * Developing understanding of impacts to the plant financials driven by sales volume, mix, demand planning and supply planning dynamics to drive productivity at the site * Monitoring external economic factors to support the plant management decision process * Developing and driving end\-to\-end processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support the site * Ensuring compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree * Three to five (3\-5\) years of finance experience within Manufacturing * Proficient in English Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * CPA, CMA or equivalent international certification * Masters Degree or diploma on Finances * Experience in the MedTech Industry * Responsible for Income Statements * Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions * Ability to lead through others and influence * Previous experience in AS400/BPCS ERP * Pragmatic, results\-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and quality * Record of career progression with increasing levels of responsibility **Work location:** * **Hybrid (Jarinu****, Brazil) 3x per week** * **Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international** Solventum is an equal opportunity employer. 3M will not discriminate against any applicant based on race, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, or disability.
