Job Summary: Responsible for building, renovating, and repairing masonry and structures, interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure work quality and safety Responsibilities: Build, renovate, and repair masonry, structures, and claddings. Interpret blueprints and plans to determine materials and tools required. Prepare mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. Lay bricks, blocks, and stones in accordance with technical standards. Perform finishing work, such as plastering, rendering, and screeding. Ensure work quality and safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements: Proven experience in civil construction. Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints. Proficiency in masonry, cladding, and finishing techniques. Vocational training in the field (preferred). Familiarity with occupational safety regulations. Skills: Organizational and planning abilities. Attention to detail and precision. Teamwork and effective communication. Problem-solving skills and proactivity. Good physical fitness.
