Ensure work quality and safety by using PPE. Responsibilities: Build, renovate, and repair masonry, structures, and finishes. Interpret construction drawings and blueprints, specifying materials and tools. Prepare mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. Lay bricks, blocks, and stones in accordance with technical standards. Perform finishing work, such as plastering, rendering, and screeding. Ensure work quality and safety by using PPE. Requirements: Proven experience in civil construction. Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. Proficiency in masonry, finishing, and cladding techniques. Vocational training in the field (preferred). Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. Skills: Organizational and planning ability. Attention to detail and precision. Teamwork and effective communication. Problem-solving skills and proactivity. Good physical condition.
