Responsibilities and Duties
* Receiving goods, organizing sector inventory in cold storage, food handling, preparing seasoned products, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, and cleaning and organizing the department;
* Inspecting received meat cuts to confirm their expiration date, quality, and quantity;
* Providing direct customer service at the butcher counter, including cutting, grinding, and weighing meat to serve customers effectively;
* Preparing trays with specialty cuts, deboning, grinding, and packaging products used in tray composition;
* Assisting with inventory counts (“balanço”) and keeping meat cuts inside cold storage organized by rotating stock to make space for newly arrived items;
* Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace and cold storage areas to prevent accidents and proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., ensuring a professional department appearance;
* Complying with company Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Knowledge of meat types and cuts.
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in meat cutting.
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in deboning.
* Completed elementary education.
* Residing in nearby neighborhoods.
**Additional Information**
* Working hours: 6-day rotation schedule (6x1), from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Employment type: Full-time CLT contract
Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month
