Opportunity for professional development and growth. **Position: Junior Project Analyst (Civil)** We are seeking a Junior Project Analyst (Civil) to participate in project development, monitoring, and control, contributing to process standardization, technical team support, and quality assurance of deliverables. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support project planning, execution, and control; * Develop and review technical drawings in AutoCAD; * Prepare technical documentation (material lists, specifications, and reports); * Monitor field activities and support inspection; * Generate project performance indicators and reports; * Support teams and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (currently enrolled); * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Basic Microsoft Office suite; * Basic English; * Organizational skills, proactivity, strong communication, and analytical ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with TOTVS systems; * Experience in construction sites or industrial projects. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits: \[Insert benefits]; * Opportunity for professional development and growth.
