Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchase order follow-up, identifying the best business opportunities while partnering with internal departments. Collaborative work with internal company departments **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in Purchasing; * Knowledge of supplier negotiation and management; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Prospect new suppliers; * Analyze costs, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to identify optimal business opportunities; * Partner with internal departments. **Desirable/Differentiating Qualifications:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset; * Ability to work effectively in teams and interact across various departments; * Results-oriented with commitment to continuous improvement; * Prior experience working in a sugar mill; * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; * Personal vehicle.
