Issue non-conformity reports and actively participate in meetings for problem analysis and resolution. Define and monitor improvement actions with customers and suppliers. Conduct technical visits to customers and suppliers, approve Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), and oversee calibration procedures for relevant measurement equipment. Provide technical support to the factory for evaluating non-conforming parts and analyzing quality problems. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Quality Core Tools and problem analysis and resolution methodologies is required. Intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge of printed circuit boards (PCBs) is an advantage.
