Collaboration with engineers and production monitoring Completed high school education (minimum mandatory requirement); Minimum 1 year of experience in the role; Proficiency in industrial ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; Teamwork capability and strong interpersonal communication skills; Must reside in Limeira/SP. \-**Responsibilities** * **Mapping and Engineering:** Define product manufacturing processes by creating operational sequences, flowcharts, and work instructions. * **Technical Optimization:** Define optimal machine parameters, tool consumption, and material usage to enhance productivity. * **Drawing Analysis:** Review mechanical technical drawings, create sketches, and ensure compliance with technical standards. · **Drawing Coding:** Code drawings according to established parameters and procedures. · **Development of All Company Processes and Drawings:** Be accountable for all manufacturing drawings and processes. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Creation and Detailing:** Develop sketches, drafts, and detailed technical drawings of products, machines, or structures. * **Use of Digital Tools:** Operate specialized software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) to produce layouts and plans. * **Standardization and Revision:** Interpret technical standards, review and update existing drawings, adjusting them according to production capabilities. * **Collaboration:** Work alongside engineers to ensure technical feasibility and functional design. * **Documentation:** Organize physical and electronic files, issue drawings for production, and manage revision history. * **Collaboration with Production:** Monitor production processes alongside the production team to optimize them.
