#### **About the Product Development Analyst Role** A specialized consulting firm is conducting a selection process for Marelli, a global automotive components company originally from Italy that supplies systems and components to vehicle manufacturers worldwide. Join us! **Responsibilities and Tasks** ----------------------------------------- * Apply the company-defined software development methodology, overseeing all phases of the process—from proposal through product industrialization. * Support the SW Project Leader in organizing and managing project technical documentation using institutional tools. * Monitor and support the software development team, ensuring achievement of defined KPIs and project objectives. * Manage software development lifecycle tools, including license acquisition, maintenance, and installation. * Control the opening and tracking of technical support tickets with the IT department, ensuring uninterrupted operation of development environments. * Serve as the interface with the international headquarters, ensuring alignment of versions, processes, and globally used tools. * Monitor the product release phase to the factory, ensuring compliance with industrialization processes. * Perform releases in Team Center and ensure correct registration of materials and components in SAP. * Coordinate preparation and shipment of samples for internal and external validations. * Ensure organization, traceability, and timely updates of technical information related to software projects. * Comply with the company’s established quality procedures, information security policies, and corporate standards. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid experience in automotive software development and supporting embedded software project management. * **Technical Knowledge:** Experience with software project management methodologies and tools for version control and technical documentation. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Github, Synergy, JIRA, Confluence, Alfresco, Team Center, and SAP. * **Technology:** Knowledge of databases, networks, and process automation. * **Languages:** Intermediate/advanced English for interaction with global teams. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in a global automotive environment and participation in international software development projects. **Work Location** --------------------- * Hortolândia/SP – On-site.
