Material Preparer I (Temporary Contract)

Job Summary: Responsible for supplying raw materials for preparing extrusion and injection compounds, transportation and storage, and supporting transformation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material supply for Extrusion and Injection 2. Preparation of chemical complexes and additives 3. Process monitoring and quality support **JOB MISSION:** Responsible for supplying (feeding) raw materials for preparing extrusion and injection compounds, as well as transporting and storing them to appropriate locations (silos and Big Bags), ensuring raw material supply for transformation processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supply the compound manufacturing process by preparing and adding required chemical complexes and additives to the system. * Support distribution of compounds to consuming units by removing granulated/powdered material from Big Bags. * Collect resin and compound samples for quality testing. * Segregate and identify non-conforming products, and notify immediate supervisor for decision-making. * Assist in setting up material types. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Perform operational activities following procedures and rules, with focus on Safety and area organization, applying 5S concepts. * Supply materials to extrusion lines by connecting to silos or big bags. * Collect consumption data of compounds on extrusion lines and report to immediate supervisor. * Supply pipes to grinding systems, monitor grinding and micronization processes via equipment panel readings, and notify supervisor in case of irregularities. * Visually inspect scrap pipes before feeding into mills. **EDUCATION** **Minimum:** Completed Elementary School (1st Degree) **Desirable:** Technical degree in Plastics or Materials **RECOMMENDED/REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION:** * Experience: up to 1 year; * Safety regulations; * Basic computer skills; * SAP for Production. Working Hours: 2nd shift, from 14:15 to 22:27 — rotating 6x2 schedule. Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT), Life Insurance, and On-site Meal.
