Strategic interface with PCP, quality, maintenance, and tooling We are hiring an Injection Coordinator! Sportive is seeking an Injection Manager to oversee the production department, lead teams, and ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Reports to the director * Management of the injection department (3 shifts) * Leadership of operational and technical teams Monitoring of production targets * Data and departmental indicator analysis * Implementation of process improvements * Interface with PCP, quality, maintenance, and tooling **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Plastics or Engineering * Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection * Experience in leadership and control of production processes * Proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of statistics * English language proficiency * Experience in people management Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please state your salary expectation.
