Join our team! **Key Responsibilities** * Plan production according to demand, capacity, and resource availability; * Issue and monitor production orders, ensuring on-time delivery; * Monitor production progress and take action to prevent delays or deviations; * Control raw material and finished goods inventory to avoid shortages or excesses; * Track departmental KPIs (production, deadlines, efficiency) and support continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Advanced Excel * ERP * Power BI * Experience in production planning, production order control, and schedule tracking with operations * Experience responsible for material consumption analysis, inventory coverage, lead time, and updating planning parameters in ERP * Support in analyzing production deviations and rescheduling Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Industrial Production Scheduling?
