Experience in metal-mechanical industry and ERP systems We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** with excellent organizational vision to manage our warehouse. Your mission will be to ensure full inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to support our make-to-order production. **Your main responsibilities:** * Warehouse Management: Lead the receipt, inspection, storage, and organization of raw materials, components, and industrial supplies. * Production Supply (Kitting): Ensure all materials required for Manufacturing Orders (MOs) are accurately picked and delivered to the factory promptly and precisely. * Inventory Control: Conduct cyclical and rotating inventories, ensuring system (ERP) balances match physical stock exactly (Accuracy). * Team Management: Coordinate and develop the warehouse staff and assistants, defining schedules, priorities, and ensuring proper use of PPE and operational safety. * Receiving and Shipping: Supervise supplier unloading and preparation (packaging and loading) of finished products for shipment to customers (e.g., Vale, Ternium). * Organization and 5S: Maintain an optimized warehouse layout to facilitate material handling and ensure a clean, organized environment. **What we seek (Requirements):** * Completed high school education (pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration is a plus). * Solid experience leading warehouse or inventory teams. * Experience in industries operating on make-to-order/metal-mechanical production models. * Proficiency in ERP systems and processes for invoice entry/exit. * Forklift operation skills (certification is a significant advantage). * Proactive profile with leadership authority and strong focus on organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of inventory methodologies (ABC Analysis, FIFO/FEFO). * Experience in audit and technical compliance processes. * Familiarity with large-scale materials or industrial technical parts. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive medical assistance for dependents; * Basic food basket (37 kg); * Unimed dental plan; * On-site meals; * Pharmacy benefits; * English courses with 70% subsidy; * Subsidized gym membership; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
