**Job Description** The Junior Telecommunications Analyst monitors the initial status of the network and telecommunications systems, supporting the identification and resolution of incidents under the guidance of more experienced professionals. Contributes to service stability by performing logging, basic analysis, and technical support for infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * Monitor the network and telecommunications systems to identify anomalies. * Support incident response and service interruptions. * Provide basic technical support related to telecommunications infrastructure. * Log and document incidents, procedures, and actions taken. * Support maintenance of network technical documentation. * Collaborate with senior analysts on operational activities and projects. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Experience in Networks; Availability for afternoon shifts; Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
